Bought an office chair (not a cheap one), broke after two years. I got a replacement, after 3 years broke again. Now I can't replace it. Temporary chairs...
Service was very convoluted. Every service person told us to contact another point, sometimes leading to dead ends. I think we eneded up calling them about 8 times.

Please We bought a Couch (with Bed Function) and paid the extra cost for their professionals to build it together. Unfortunately, on the delivery day, they forgot the assembly instructions for a while and they improvised to put together all the parts.
Why 1 star? After using the couch for one day, we realized the couch was slightly leaned to the side... (see pictures) We decided to check under it and found out they forgot 6 screws!!!! therefore the couch was unstable. We paid 1600 euros for a couch we cannot use!! we submitted a reclamation and they said they will send someone 2 weeks after (???????). I would like to return the couch but I am afraid I will lose some of my money... As a customer I feel powerless and unprotected (not to mention the bad service). not recommended

I bought some items from Höffner, and the employee gave us an appointment after two weeks to receive them. On the day of receiving the items, I didn’t go to anywhere and waited for them all the day. After a big time of delay, I called this should be respectful company to tell me that I have no appointment! Have you ever experienced a worse experience than this?! Are they kidding with customers or they are playing with them?!
Respect your customers and treat them well! We are not dolls that you can play with… they wasted my entire day! I had two appointments, and I cancelled them for their sake!
