VERY disappointed. Terrible service. My husband and I were there to buy a couch that we have already seen online available for pick up at the schöneweide branch. And also seen physically available at the store.
We went to an employee to help us purchase the couch, he was busy helping a family but kind enough to tell us that it is available back in storage and had us go see his colleague for assistance, however, when we met his colleague she rudely said she doesn’t have time. (weird because employees are supposed to help the customers and aid their purchases, that’s the protocol around the world and the job of an employee at a furniture store.)
And then after she huffed and puffed she asked what we needed, and when we told her we want to purchase a couch she shook her head as if she doesn’t want to sell us or even do her job. Then she said the couch isn’t available at this store and that we need to go to schönefeld. Anyhow we left the store very disappointed and decided we do not want to purchase from Mömax after this terrible customer service.

Great to have expo shop where I was able to see the products from online in this showroom. Price was better online than in shop, but we saw the quality and tried the sofas before buying. Good quality at affordable prices. Also shop is nice decorated, not too big, staff was courteous.

Truly awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
We ordered a full kitchen, which we were told had everything included in it, which wasn't the case at all. The fridge didn't include a freezer as described, so we had to buy another one. We also had to order a stove top separately, which we were rudely told after calling up customer service that no all-inclusive kitchens include a stove top??? We also can't get hot water in the kitchen because the tap we were sold doesn't fit correctly, and MöMax said they will not exchange it. To add to all of this, the wood for the counter tops wasn't even correctly cut, so we had to pay someone else to sort that out for us.
I can say with full sincerity that I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely and nastily by a sales representative when myself and my partner called them many times to ask for help.

Worst customer service ever! Furnitures looks fine, but if some part is broken and you need to get spare part - good luck! I met few employees which were kinda nice, rest of them are unpleasant and angry from the beggining, that you have any question. For question "can we discuss in english" answer is "no" and that's it! Highly not-recommended!
