Worse service ever!! I bought a dresser online (pay extra for the shipping) and I got it one day later and broken. I wrote a claim on Friday telling them that I needed a solution asap because I am leaving soon. Well, I have been waiting the whole morning for them and nothing. Not efficient except for getting the payment!!

The shop is well stocked.
The customer service on the other hand is really rude, I was treated badly and unkindly, I had only politely asked to see an office chair.
Even when giving my delivery details, the lady at the desk was very rude.
Some time later I sent an email to the Customer service to ask for an invoice and they obviously never replied (the email address was correct and is the one on their website).

Variety of furniture with a good quality

Very complex to find shopping carts, not on the entrance but somewhere far inside, strange. Big parking / garage is a plus.

I went to this furniture store when I needed to buy a kitchen for our new apartment. I got a kitchen design from one of the sales employees. I thought it was a good deal because it was way below what we had set aside for the kitchen, but when we went home and did the math, we realized it was not a good deal after all and there was a design error too. So, we decided to cancel the contract and initially agreed to pay the penalty fee from the down payment.
I must say, after several emails and waiting, since March, I received my money in December. The salesperson that I was dealing with kept saying they are processing, and I waited patiently until I was so tired and ready to take a lawyer. The unfair bit is that, after holding my money for nine months, they still penalized me. Now, that is what you call double standards.
And the employee at the information stand on the kitchen department floor, he was something. I guess he has an issue with "ihr," as he mentioned. He actually mentioned that "ihr" is clueless about kitchen prices. Talking in this manner to a parent in the presence of their kids is very disrespectful. I later wondered, I mentioned to this guy I have a certain amount of money because I was expecting the price to be higher than my mentioned price. I ended up getting a kitchen for less than I mentioned, of course, "ihr."
He should check the area code of this store and look around, just saying. Anyways, it was such a disappointment.
