Primark offers a fantastic shopping experience with its **affordable** prices and a wide range of products. Shoppers can find everything they need, making it a go-to destination for trendy fashion without breaking the bank. The spacious layout adds to the overall comfort of browsing through their extensive selection.
However, one downside is the often long **queues** at checkout, especially during peak hours. While the store maintains cleanliness and organization, efficient cash register service would enhance the customer experience, allowing shoppers to enjoy their time without the frustration of waiting.

Wonderful shop. You get all that you need, but for a very reasonable price. I guess people from all over Berlin come here. As the queue to pay the bill is always long. Personally I prefer this store, than the one near the zoo.
Sumanta Chakraborty

Why is the upstairs cashier closed and it’s been a long time it’s closed?! The queues are ridiculous in the main floor. Every time I just leave all my purchases and go because it’s unbearable. You know you’re a busy store, you have the facilities upstairs to take the burden off ground and basement floor, why do you choose this instead?

Berlin Primark is like a shopping paradise for the whole gang! ️ It’s huge, affordable, and has a great selection. The best part? It’s in an awesome location with a view that’s even crazier when it’s snowing. Can’t beat that! ❄️
YNA

This Primark in central Berlin is a huge store with a ton of products. It does well by operating like any other Primark but definitely with a German touch to the fasion!
The store is usually well managed and tidy but a big downside is the waiting times. Every time I came here (on weekdays) I had to wait for over 20 minutes before being served.
Sam Neil Paul

One of the worst customer services, especially when you want to return something they will be rude towards you and do not want to take the product back. I bought a jacket from them, and when I tried to return them because it was not warm enough, they were reluctant to take it back, telling me it was worn. Yes, it was worn only 2 days, but there are no terms and conditions that say I can’t return back clothes that are worn. How can someone know if the product fits them or not without wearing it? Team leader Sardar was very disrespectful. He claimed to know english but couldn’t speak it. He has ego and is not suitable for customer service. Guys, i am warning you. Before buying, please speak them about potential return and maybe try to record the conversation because they change their tone afterwards. I am never going to this store again. 35 euro was stolen from me.

Boyfriend parking station: there’s this chair right by the entrance, and at the third floor you can also find a big cozy couch where you can wait for your SO.
Very large Uniqlo store and with a wide variety of products. Tidy, clean, well lit and relaxing. A couple of popular products had sizes missing (S-M) or colours and were available online only. Airism tops mostly – and some dresses. Huge, huge selection of Mini Round Shoulder Bags in all the colours. You can bring a maximum of 8 clothes to the changing room.
You can create custom t shirts and tote bags here with their printing machine. You can pick between one of their designs, draw freely on a tablet or upload your own image from the phone.

Huge shop, I felt in love with these collection(no bra). And my favorite item in the wardrobe is skirt-shots ,I bought 3

One of the largest Uniqlo stores I’ve ever been too. Super friendly staff and you can find a lot of things between the main floor all the way to the third-floor. Massive selection and often have amazing sales. The store is worth checking out. It’s very beautiful, clean, tidy, and well organized. There’s always someone that can help you out.

Went to their RE.UNIQLO STUDIO to get a coat button reattached. The tailor was a lovely Japanese guy who was really kind and worked super fast; I only had to wait like 3min and it was really well done! It’s only a few Euros as well.
Sadly they only repair Uniqlo clothes; otherwise I’d bring more clothes here but I definitely recommend the service.
ありがとうございます!

I would suggest the store provide training on unconscious bias to its employees.
On October 19, 2024, around 6:30 PM, I had a disappointing shopping experience. While my friend was trying on trousers, I noticed a seating area in the fitting room, which I thought was a great addition.
The store was crowded, and a male sales advisor kindly asked me to wait outside, which I appreciated. However, as the crowd thinned and only three people remained, I assumed it was acceptable to take a seat.
Within the first minute, the same sales advisor approached me, bypassing others, and said, ‘Ma’am, I already kindly asked you ONCE to not be back here!’ I was shocked and asked why I was singled out.
The conversation continued, and while I sought clarity on the inconsistency, he left without providing a satisfactory answer. I understand that store policies can vary, and that staff have a lot on their plates, especially during busy times.
However, it felt like we were treated differently, which raised concerns about potential bias. This experience was disheartening, and I believe it’s important to address these issues to foster a more inclusive environment.

I’m from Asia and I grew up wearing Uniqlo, so what I want to talk about is the service here.
Yesterday I was there looking for a pullover. And a guy tried to hit on me. He followed me through the entire store and tried to chat with me. When I was thinking when and how to stop him effectively, a girl working there just stepped in. She asked him to leave me alone in a firm tone.
I can handle this situation myself but yeah she is awesome!
April YC Cheng

I have often shopped at Uniqlo and love their service. But today when I was to return a scarf ( I have never returned anything before so maybe this is their normal approach) she asked me why I had broken the paper hanger the scarf was attached to. I didn’t know it was broken and I had probably ripped it when pushing down all the clothing into the bag. She lets out a noticeable sigh, rolled her eyes at me and says: that’s impossible but thank you. Why did you break it?
Insinuating that I’m lying. I was just quiet as didn’t understand where she was going with this. She kept looking very annoyed as if I had done something wrong or was trying to trick them somehow. She finally approved the return but left a really bad aftertaste.
Lea Kimpele

Great selection of basic items with good quality. I really like their tops, they fit like a second skin.
Monica Meier

Today (19/8/24) I had the best experience while shopping in UNIQLO.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly in the shop, especially the man working at the self-check out tills. Unfortunately I did not check his name, but he made my day. He helped me and my friend with the whole process since neither of us speak German. He was always smiling, was polite, even complimented my choice of clothes. He probably lied, since I like crazy anime stuff, but to be honest, I don’t care. He made my day and I was leaving happy as never.

Clean and well organized secondhand shop. There are many gems in their vintage collection at a quite acceptable price range. The regular collection is a bit overpriced for secondhand.
Minh Long

Big shop with plenty of clothes to browse! Some reduced clothing which were great prices but I found a lot was out of my budget.
Also some of the other reviews here make me skeptical of where the money raised goes…
ZY “Lizzy”

The receipt says refunds are possible but the store sign says they are not. They refused to refund a sweater only 20 minutes after purchase, despite there being an allergy to the material.
Adam Pielak

A decent sized Humana in comparison to other stores, however it is full of average to below average items. Other Humana’s are curated, with vintage, leather and other sections. This one has a lot of clothing not worthwhile for a good second hand. It is also in a very central location, so if something good happens to be in, it will quickly be snatched up, so the likelihood of finding something good is low.

This place is really huge.
I feel like if you spend a bit of time, you would definitely find something to take home with you.

All sales are final! Abusive, total lack of flexibility! Can’t even exchange your size a day later. You have to try everything out, but they don’t have enough fitting rooms ♂️
Gui Telles

The shop is pretty overpriced, I admit the design of some of the shirts is nice but I have to advise you, after a couple washes you will already see some small holes on your T-shirt… For the high price the quality is just not enough.

It feels like something has changed at Voo Store, and not in the best way. The selection seems a bit less curated, and while the staff are still friendly and helpful when approached, they felt less attentive overall—I left feeling somewhat overlooked and unsure, especially in the clothing section. VooDeli, however, remains as good as ever.

Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, Voo Store offers more than just fashion; it’s an experience in itself. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. The store boasts a curated selection of contemporary brands that cater to diverse tastes, ensuring there’s something special for everyone. The atmosphere is chic yet welcoming, with knowledgeable staff who are eager to assist without being overbearing.
What stood out most was their attention to detail. Beyond the racks of stylish clothing and accessories, they also serve excellent coffee. It’s a perfect pit stop to recharge while browsing their latest offerings or waiting for my girlfriend to finish shopping. The blend of fashion and coffee creates a unique synergy that enhances the overall shopping experience; Voo Store certainly mastered this.
Whether you’re a fashion enthusiast or simply looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee, Voo Store in Berlin ticks all the boxes. It’s a testament to how a well-curated concept store can elevate shopping into an enjoyable and memorable affair. Well done to the owner Yasin, good job man!

Nice location, great variety of really nice clothes and has a tea room inside Which is also really nice. So you can sit down and have a coffee or orange with a cake and then buy something exclusive and be on your way. It’s down a little alley way so be look out when you’re searching for it.

I like to treat myself to a specific perfume when I visit Berlin , and it’s available at the store. The atmosphere was really cool, very trendy. if you’re looking to really treat yourself to something or looking for some high-end designer gear 100% recommend check this place out.
Spaces like this can feel intimidating if you don’t feel cool enough for that, but the stuff was so friendly. I honestly didn’t feel any type of way being in there. I spent a good 20 minutes in there, smelling different fragrances and just having a look around and the staff were really kind smiled at me every time we made eye contact. Nobody bothered me I didn’t feel like I was being treated any type of way (something I look out as a black shopper and solo traveller).
They also have a coffee machine and seating if you’re a bit tired and want to pick me up. They had some really cool magazines that you could buy, including their own. Definitely recommend this place, even for the experience.

The store is very nice and clean, most of the stuff is very expensive so I usually shop in the sale section, although some items are really worth the money! The staff could be a little friendlier though. Altogether I really love this store and come here all the time.

There is a short-haired girl in this shop who works in the fitting room and she is very RUDE!!!!!
I could only get 6 pieces of clothing at a time in the fitting room, I took 2 more clothes, and then I told her that I wanted her to help me put them outside, and I would try again later, and then she started yelling at me. Later, when I asked her why she was so rude, she told me in a very dismissive tone, “I am NOT sorry!”, which is sooooooooo IMPOLITE and RUDE!
I asked her what her name was, and she didn’t tell me.
It was only after I talked to a man at the cash register that my sadness became a little better.
I hope that the manager of this store can pay more attention to whether the store staff is educated or not when he/she is a store clerk

In case you didn’t know, UO sells this kind of record player as well as many records (including recent releases). I feel like this would be a great idea for an original birthday or Christmas present.
Julia Kramer

There was a very rude staff in the store, she yelled at me when I took extra clothes and tried to deposit them with her and said loudly that she was not at fault when I asked her why she was being so rude to me, I am very very disappointed with this shopping experience and I hope the managers can tighten up on the staff.

lovely place, very cool (although expensive) inventory.
They deserve the money tho, give them your cheddar, cheese, brie and sauce. the staff was really nice even though we did not buy anything
Jeppe Freisleben

There are 2 stores in the same street and they are so cool. The personnel were really nice 🙂
Cortada Guerra

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent quality and an authentic Gothic atmosphere (some shops rather look like they try to be Gothic, but they just obviously pretend to, which is definitely not the case for this shop). Prices vary a lot, but this seems to depend on the brand. One can get cool things for good prices, but should take some time to really look into all the stuff they have to find the best. They have a wide range of prices, styles and categories. Cool!
Alastor Evergrin

This is the best dark store I’ve visited in Europe, offering an extensive selection of dresses and accessories for goths and metal enthusiasts. It offers a broad selection of footwear, including Demonia shoes available in almost all sizes. The sales assistants were very kind and not intrusive; they helped me find the right size of shoes I wanted to buy.
Dalila

If you re real goth dark metal fan you lll find there definetky sumthing for u. Clothes, trousers. Jackets, highheel/platform shoes bags, Accessorize, even metal and goth patches. Its easy to find, staff is elecvenr and helpful 4 new customers. 4 shopping over100 eur you ll get original shops record bag. One star miss because small tight space and preices wich are slightly higher then on on line shops. But, goths are posh customers aren t ey?!

Pick’nWeight – Vintage Kilo Store offers a unique shopping experience with a compelling selection of retro and vintage apparel. The atmosphere is bustling, making it an intriguing spot for those looking to explore distinctive styles and fashion finds.
While there are varied price ranges, the option to pay by weight adds an interesting twist to the usual thrift shopping. It’s an excellent destination for enthusiasts of vintage clothing who appreciate one-of-a-kind pieces and enjoy browsing through a diverse collection.
Customer Reviews
It’s very expensive! People can literally buy new clothes with this price range! A normal shirt would cost you around €15 !!! Other thrift stores are much better compared to freshness and price .
Mohamed Yoonus

A very cool looking vintage store with wide selection of converse and every weird old style clothing in every color you can imagine.
For me it’s cool to just come in and take a look for fun but not the best place for shopping in my opinion (overpriced and majority of large sizes). But if you like the style, you should check it out for yourself
Zuzanna

Some cool pieces and an interesting shopping experience, but pieces are very expensive. This is NOT a pay-by-weight store, apparently that is around the corner. I think there are better options around.
Greta Schmitz

100% Recommended! Must visit in Berlin to find affordable secondhand clothes!
Alison B

The store is nice looking and has a big variety of clothes. And a Alternative paying System in which you pay for the total weight instead of each item individually.
Personally I didn’t like it because everything is cramped together there’s hardly any space to move or try on clothes.
Also the Weight Systems didn’t really feel that much cheaper because you pay around 15 euro per kilogram. Also there are six different Price categories which make it complicated.
Nice idea but room for improvement.

The store had a very nice layout and design with old typewriters and machines, giving the story a very nice and rustic look.
It has a large variety of vintage and older clothing to look through and enjoy. I did not purchase anything, thus do not know whether the staff was friendly or not. The store is also quite packed, so it’s difficult to navigate and have your space to go through racks. I am also unsure if the pricing is good for the items, as I didn’t try it out myself. I think it may end up being overpriced compared to other good thrift stores in Berlin.

The return policy varies by store, but most retailers in Berlin allow returns within a specified period, usually 14 to 30 days, provided that the items are in their original condition with tags still attached. Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase, and check the store’s return policy before buying to avoid any surprises.
