A waste of time. On the phone suggested to write an email describing the case — no-one replied to that email — on the phone again after several attempts due to technical failures on their side I was advised that I won't get a response.
[Update, 18.02.2020] As a response to above, this law firm has suggested to remove my feedback claiming it "fake". I would also suggest something in return: it feels like a horrible business practice to ignore potential clients first only to take time to try intimidate them later.
