My crown fell out today and I was really panic since I have to go to a long journey tomorrow. When I entered clinic first I was calmed down by the cool design and atmosphere of clinic, then I was impressed by the kind support of the reception. She did her best to evacuate a visiting time for me and then I even more impressed by the professional treatment of Dr. Salehipour. The hygienist to the dentist were also fantastic. I definitely recommend this clinic.

I had the best experience at this dentist office! I was visiting Berlin and the day I arrived, my crown fell out. I had the concierge at my hotel get me an appointment the next day for a dentist. They booked me an appointment and it was on a Sunday morning! I came to the office and was treated with such care it was truly amazing! The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were exceptional!!! Great experience all around!

I would like to say I think KU64 is an excellent choice, especially for those who get very anxious about going to the dentist. I have been a patient for about two years and the staff have all been very friendly. I would like to mention two people by the name. The first is Sarah, who works at main reception. On my very first appointment, I told her how nervous I was, and she went out of her way to speak to the staff and help make special arrangements. She stopped in twice during the treatment just to see how I was doing. Best of all, she never once made me feel silly about my fears. The second person I would like to thank is my hygienist, Ms. Naomi Dresler. Today was my first cleaning with her. She was very patient with me. Though what impressed me most was how good a job she did. She went extra slow to help me with my anxiety, instead of rushing through the appointment and giving me a shallow cleaning to finish on time. I felt like she treated my teeth like they were her own. So I hope this review can serve as a small thank you.

We’ve been there a week ago with my 2 years old daughter and I have to say the place is just amazing! They have a plenty of room for a play and good child entertainments. Besides that Sarah from reception made our wait even more convenient. Really appreciate it! 🙂 Doctor was nice and professional, though I had a feeling she was a bit annoyed with my daughter trying to check everything (hard to keep toddler sit still). Overall the impression is pretty positive, we will be following doctors advice and come back in 3 months for check.

Had an emergency situation with temporary crown just before my flight and the team of KU64 was extremely helpful fixing the emergency for me without an appointment. Thank you very much to Sarah and Dr. Kleister!!! Have a nice weekend!
