FORMEL SKIN

My daughter and I both have rosacea, and after 4 months of using
our formel kit, I can really see a difference. My daughter’s acne and redness have significantly reduced, while my skin looks brighter, firmer, and free from redness as well. I am extremely satisfied!

Disappointed with both the results and service.
After 60 days of using the 2-month set daily, I saw no visible improvement on my skin at all. I was not given an opportunity to have a phone call with a dermatologist. And despite me following their policy, the customer support refuses to honor their money-back guarantee and process a refund. I've wasted time and money—can't recommend this to anyone.

As a professional Google reviewer this is my opinion. I booked an online appointment via Doctolib. There it was never specified that you never get to talk to the doctor. You just upload some pictures and they take up to 24 hours to tell you what you have, and then you have to request the prescription. ( this makes the whole process inefficient) I had my appointment on Tuesday, and I got my prescription until Friday. If I would have known this was going to talk so long … I wouldn’t have gone here. I ended up going in person to another dermatologist to get a prescription. Furthermore when I went to see a dermatologist on site she told me that what was prescribed by FORMEL skin was not accurate.
I also called many times to the praxis, no one could take a call.
Conclusion:
- no good customer service
- inefficient service
- high waiting time to get the prescription
- you don’t get to talk to the doctor

I will recommend nobody go there at first they will charge money you have to pay so and ask you some picture to sent and I get appointment and they canceled last minute The result they text me they said oh we don’t see any problem. When i call them and one of the person who is working there and he was telling me I’m really tired. What do you want?

I've been using their products now for 23 weeks, and I've been seeing consistent progress in my skin. I've never felt happier. Although everything has been online, and I've not seen the doctor once in real life, this is the best treatment I've ever gotten for my skin. I've always come across doctors that didn't listen to my concerns, or prescribed me the wrong products... But Formel Skin is different. They're great at what they do! You post pictures every month to record your progress, go through a little quiz to inform your doctor on what products she/he will prescribe you next, and you can obviously ask them any question, at any time. I've seriously never felt happier than I am now! I will continue using their services for a long long time. If you doubt that they can help you, all I can say is try it and see for yourself! You will be very, very pleasantly surprised!
