Dermatologist, Dr. med. Anna Ledermann

I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne ( 30+ years old) for a while and today FINALLY my prayers have been answered at this place.
I am an immigrant and my German is not good at all and the lady with the black hair in the reception was nice with me and very patient speaking slowly and with kindness.
Dr. Kalodikis was great, although very German speaking with firmness, he was extremely helpful and finally, after one year trying to find a good dermatologist that would actually want to help solve my problem, I finally found one.
I’m glad that he tried to communicate with me in English and had empathy towards my case and how it has affected me. I am looking forward the results and I know that with such a good doctor I will be able to overcome this issue soon! He has not only spent just a few minutes with me, but also heard me, gave me advices and gave me effective treatments instead of not being willing like many doctors do.

I have seen more than 4 dermatologists in the last year, none of them has paid attention to the real root of the problem or how to systematically sort it out. But when I had my first appointment with Dr Ledermann, I knew right away that she has the experience and knowledge to fix my hair problem. I was subjected to an extreme level of stress over the last two years which impacted my hair directly. Dr. Ledermann discusses the history of my hair falling and under which conditions, she is sympathetic and kind in a way that she listened, discussed and followed up with my treatment course since more than 3 months. I have seen a clear improvement since that time, and I cannot wait to write my feedback again when my hair problem is entirely fixed (fingers crossed).

I have suffered from hair loss for more than 6 years, and visited many doctors, with no significant improvement in the treatment. I almost lost hope, till i visited Ledermann Praxis, where I am treated by Dr. Alshihiri, a very professional and nice doctor, who took the necessary examination and needed blood tests. Only in three months ,following his recommendations and taking the medicals upon his instructions, l've noticed 45% improvement in my hair. till now I am happy with the current result and can't wait to continue my whole treatment .

The situation is this.
I am a refugee from Ukraine, I made an appointment with a dermatologist a mont ago. Today I came to the term, I was greeted at the reception very unfriendly, they didn’t even say hello. 3 girls sat in silence.
I approached them, greeted them, said my first and last name.
They looked at me sideways, unfriendly.
They took the documents and told to wait.
After some time, they called back to their place and, angry, said that we would not give you an appointment (can not visit a doctor), since the validity of the insurance had expired. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it.
I recently live in Germany, I do not know the laws and still speak German poorly.
I asked the staff at the reception to help me figure out what to do next with insurance.
They began to get nervous, look at me angrily.
They showed me the number to call. I asked for help, if they could call and ask the insurance company if I could get to the doctor with the insurance number that I have. I don't speak German well. They refused.

Unfortunately, I got the feeling that because I was a refugee from Ukraine, I was treated so unfriendly and cold...
I really want to go home to Ukraine and wish everyone only peace and that no one knows what war is!!

It's more like an assembly line than a doctor's office: the waiting room is always full, patients are given about 5 minutes each and usually it's an assistant who sees you, not the actual doctor. After a giving you a quick glance they prescribe you antibiotics and never give you a straight answer.
