Ohh where does one start. I came with a ingrown toenail, which was in not a bad condition, and was given bad advice on the after care. Exactly one week has passed and the nail is incredibly painful and much much worse and now I need an operation!
The treated of the nail and aftercare that the woman did it seems like she has truly no idea what she is doing.
On top of it all I had to pay extra (in spite of the enormous prices they have) because the treatment was 10 mins longer and they needed time to clean the room?! Clean for what? It took literally 3 seconds to clean after me.
Unfortunately I am now looking to have a surgery…
I do Not recommend, they are unfriendly and do not know what they are doing!

Ich bin seit 2015 Kundin bei Podo Berlin und komme jeden Monat hierher – und das aus gutem Grund! Die Sauberkeit ist absolut top, und das ganze Team ist super freundlich und kompetent. Die Praxis macht einen sauberen Eindruck, die Angestellten, welche mich in der Vergangenheit behandelt hatten waren kompetent, der Service ist jedoch mehr als mangelhaft! Ich ging in den letzten vier Jahren durchschnittlich alle sechs Monate zu Podo Berlin. Mein letzter Termin im August wurde am Vortag von Podo abgesagt, aufgrund von Krankheit. Ein Alternativtermin wurde mir nicht angeboten und auf meine ersten drei E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert. Heute kam dann die charmante Rückmeldung, dass man ab Oktober auch wieder Termine für "unregelmäßige Kunden" anbieten können. Die Anfrage scheint so enorm zu sein, dass man es nicht nötig hat auf E-Mails von "unregelmäßigen Kunden" zu antworten. Deutliche kann man einem Kunden nicht mitteilen, dass man auf ihn verzichten kann.
