The doctors are great but the organization is terrible. Plan an extra our when you wanna go, because they don’t even tell you that it takes sooo long. The treatment is great!! But it’s disrespectful to customers to wait almost an hour for an appointment they made, not even telling them to come later or anything. It makes the whole experience very stressful and sad.
Even tho the treatment and the doctors are good, the organization is very disappointing.
At least tell your customers that they should come later or that it will take longer, it’s the least you could do.

the doctor and secretary were both very friendly, very decent prices for the services you get, in general I really recommend M1 but the only issue is this branch in particular is very badly located, very noisy touristy area of Berlin, tons of traffic on the street and really bad parking options

I went to have my Botox redone again today! First time at the Berlin clinic and everyone was lovely! I met with Dr. Przibilla who thoroughly explained everything and gave me some helpful information to questions I had about other procedures:D

I got a bit less than 1 mm lip injections. The doctor was super nice and fun, plus very clear about the process. He listened to my needs and made it a pleasant experience with great results!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Adi Zoabi at M1 Charlottenburg after being recommended by a friend. The facility is modern and the receptionist was friendly. Dr. Adi is a true class act and impressed me with his high level of professionalism and intelligence. He also spoke excellent English, which was a huge relief for me as an Australian with basic German skills.
I went specifically for filler treatment in my nasolabial folds, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I have received compliments on how youthful and refreshed I look!
However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. I was running a few minutes late and tried to call to inform them, but nobody answered. As a result, someone else took my place, and I had to wait approximately 40 minutes to be seen. The toilet wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and the elevator wasn't working during my visit, so I had to climb the stairs to the fourth floor. Lastly, when I finished my appointment, I attempted to book a new appointment with the same doctor for two months later, but I was informed by the receptionist that it was not possible and that I should try again online. This was somewhat unusual and inconvenient, as I prefer to see the same doctor, and not a new one every visit
