would not recommend, I went for a consultation (that I paid for) for upper eyelid surgery and the doctor told me to first get an opinion from an eye specialist about the dark spots around my eyes. I suggest that she take vacation outside Europe and see how this is normal for different cultures instead of wasting my time and money and potentially other Doctors as well.
