As a therapist myself and having seen many a therapist in my adulthood I can honestly say I have never been met with such warmth and heart as I did when I met Tara! I am familiar with the chiropractic approach and have always preferred it over others such as osteopathy, as I feel personally it benefits me more. With Tara I felt immediately safe and at peace. My experience with Dr. Tara has been great. She really cares about her patients physical and mental well being, as both are crucial in maintaining the right alignment. Her procedure combines both the traditional clinical orthopedic treatment as well as the American chiropractic enhancement. She is also doing the upper cervical chiropractic treatment. You can tell from her touch and adjutments that she is highly experienced. Tara is very detailed with her treatment procedure, personally follows-up after appointments, teaches you exercises to do at home, gives you material to read about your condition or any other material that could help you. I called Tara for urgent intesnse upper and lower back pain in which I was not able to walk, stand or sleep without pain. She kindly, gave me two consequtive appointments on short notice!!!
The treatment it self was so releaving! From the first session, my lower back pain got much more better and I felt instant regain of my lower back mobility. Being an Orthöpadie herself combined with her Chireopractice skills makes her the good combination to work on the spine safely.
I also should mention that I am a Muslim Hijabi woman, and Tara made the arrangments for me to be there with only women in the therapy hall. She goes beyond that helping me with more advise on getting more suitable backpacks and home excercises. She made me feel welcome and accomdated. The session felt like a meditation session with so much serenity!
