It took me a long time to choose a fitness studio in this area. All the studios were either crowded or they were premium studios with high prices. In Lagoa studio I found a compromise. I’ve been training here for a few months and ready to share my impressions.The studio is for women only and I love it! No crowds of men in the gym - for me this is a dream! Another advantage is cleanliness. Clean training rooms, locker room and toilets. The owner is very nice and attentive, who loves what he does. The gym is well-equipped and has everything for effective workouts. Excellent group classes trainers, as well as a group training hall. The only slight drawback for me is the lack of functional workouts in the mornings. All functional group classes are in the afternoon. In the morning there are ballet and yoga classes. But in summary I can say that I highly recommend this place for sports!

Terrible Customer Service, really unprofessional. They over charged from me because they can’t even do easy mathematics which children can even do .
The staffs are friendly but unbelievably incompetent.
Of course they NEVER apologize and DON‘T return my money back.
I gave 5 star for a long time because studio itself is nice. I live 3 min away from their studio, but rather pay to urban sports club and use here, so they won’t steal money unlike Lagoa Yoga Studio.
