My encounter with Dr. Kürten was less than satisfactory. I did not perceive him as being particularly empathetic or considerate.
Regarding the consultation I received, I did not find it beneficial whatsoever and did not witness any discernible positive outcomes, the only outcome was a financial burden.
During our session, he abruptly inquired about a father-related issue I might have, which struck me as unexpected. He then concluded that a deep-seated melancholy was the root cause of my medical concerns. I find this rather amusing on lots of levels, mainly given that he possesses a very limited knowledge of my personal history. It seems as though he attempted to psychologically attribute my physical ailment.
Following the session, I left with a sense of unease. Fortunately, I recognized this after the brief initial consultation and chose not to continue with this Dr. and clinic.
After I initially posted my first review on Google, Dr. Kürten reached out to me through phone calls (at 21:24) and again the following morning (at 09:41). Subsequent to the second call and brief discussion, I opted to block his number. One can only imagine the oddity of having to block a healthcare professional's contact.
I found it interesting perusing his other 1-star reviews, I found them enlightening, unfortunately albeit too late.

This is a wonderful resource in Berlin! I had the pleasure of working with many of the staff and they all were unfailingly competent and kind. The head of the clinic, Dr Kurten, was especially great and went above and beyond to help me on several occasions. He is also quite fun and relaxed. I did get markedly better.
The herbal services they offer are by far the best I am aware of in Berlin.

What a fantastic place to go for a more holistic approach taking the whole into account i.e. body mind and soul. I can truly recommend it especially as a regular customer who is not only looking for acute treatment but also long term results with a preventative focus! The team is simply great - they are listening to you and ask relevant questions, they look beyond and take a deeper approach, they are caring and in general all staff is always super nice and welcoming; thanks for all you do from the bottom of my heart! You are great and I cannot thank you enough for everything you have already done and are still doing for me 🙂

For more then 10 years i have Psoriasis Volgaris. it was not long ago that i found the TCM and Dr. Mätz there. Dr Mätz was the only one who conect the Psoriasis to an infection ether in my lungs or in the large intestine. Dr Mätz treat me with Akupunkter and Cheineese Tea. after several treatmeants the body and the imuen system back to function and to get reed of the white skin and healing proccess started. Since then i feel much better and i have no sign for the Psoriasis any more. im sure the knowledge and the method Dr Mätz use on me Help me very much!!! I know many people in Germany have skin problems and i really recomend to visit Dr Mätz at the TCM Center to enter a healty way in life. wish to Thank as well for the great spirit of the Team and its include There evreyone for his Help and kindness!!!

Great place and an awesome team! I've been visiting it for the last year and my problems with neurodermatitis were healed. Highly recommend!
