Dr. med. Ralf Heinrich

The clinic offers an outstanding service and standard of professionalism and expertise combined with a great warmth and heart centred approach, which is very rare to find. Dr Heinrich is an exceptional integrated Doctor who is very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience, offering cutting edge potent therapies while at the same time taking time for each individual client and is one of the few that actually listens! His entire team is fantastic and the clinic is in beautiful setting and provides all you need for healing and recovery on all levels. I had an amazing experience there and would highly recommend!

I would like to preface this by saying that I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ralf once again for having helped me to heal. Over the past five years, I had struggled with an autoimmune disease and had been searching for explanations and answers everywhere. Even the best doctors in Switzerland, my country of origin, couldn't provide me with any explanation other than taking medications. However, I didn't want to give up because I knew there was something deeper and, above all, that there was an answer.
Since I started following Dr. Heinrich’s treatment plan, I have healed in a short amount of time. Dr. Heinrich’s medical expertise is unparalleled, and I am immensely grateful to him for having cured me. Instead of just looking at the usual parameters, he thoroughly explored the underlying cause of the condition.

I asked my boyfriend to see a Doctor, going here didn‘t really help at all. There was also no transparency over costs, the bills were beyond any expectation. Administrative processes also didn‘t really work well.

If you are a foreign patient, please, save yourself the visit, is a rip off, my daughter had to find it the hard way, unfortunately, the excuse is always ''miscommunication''...why have foreign patients if you cannot handle the conversation? Blows my mind....
