toom Baumarkt Berlin-Friedrichshain

Today I went to this shop because I wanted to install a shelf on a wall of my apartment. I already tried before few times but didn’t work as I’m not very good at diy. I searched online and still not clear but tried to buy some tools I need.
A stuff(old guy) helped me and show me everything I need. He was very professional and expert. He listened my seriously and sympathetically and as I don’t speak German, he speaks English, understand even my low budget. I bought all the things he recommended (but not too expensive !) and finally I made it successfully !

I recently visited Toom Baumarkt Berlin-Friedrichshain and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of items was outstanding.
I was particularly impressed by the garden center. The flowers were in excellent condition, and the variety of plants and gardening tools was amazing. I found everything I needed to spruce up my outdoor space, and more!
But what really made my visit memorable was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and answer all of my questions. They even gave me some helpful tips on how to care for my new plants. I truly appreciated their expertise and enthusiasm.
I also want to mention that the location of Toom Baumarkt Berlin-Friedrichshain is very convenient, especially if you're using public transportation. The store is located just a short walk from the S-Bahn station, and there are several bus stops nearby as well. It was very easy to get there, and I didn't have to worry about finding parking.
Overall, I highly recommend Toom Baumarkt Berlin-Friedrichshain. The staff are friendly, the selection is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!

I’ve been coming here for two years and I always find what I need. The stuff makes a best effort to find some young staffers that speaks English. I’ve even had to return items and was presented with no resistance.
They can do better at being polite and improving the quality of their store brand products but the place is really good.

I have bought a lot of stuff and plants here for years. Not anymore. Yesterday I was really miss treated just because I left the shopping basket in the wrong place. There were already two baskets in the same spot. I felt the racism in this frustrated woman. It was around 19:00h, 12.08.24

I only went for the garden part and they had impressive variety and options for.. anything plants related. My first time here, but I will go back! Staff spoke English ♥️♥️
