I had a great experience with Dr. Jutta Stamms. I highly recommend her to anyone!

We met with her on two occasions just for consultations. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that we had. She also speaks good English so that was great for us since we do not speak German.

During our first meeting we came with a list of questions and we went through every single one, question by question and she answered them all. Very professional and diligent!

We recently asked for a second consultation as we had more questions for her that recently came up. We only had a couple though. During the visit when she realized that it was only those two questions, she told us that she would not charge us for the visit and still gave us great advise and answered everything!

It’s nice to have someone who understands long term success is more important than short term quick profit! I will certainly be a repeat customer if I need more help in the future!

This company has ruined our lives for years to come. They did my husband’s books in may 2023 and “forgot” to do my books (they blamed a broken CD – I don’t use CDs & that an employee doesn’t have german as first language, etc). This all has forced us to pay around 15 000€ fines to our health insurance company and Finanzamt.

The communication has been very bad – one time they didn’t let me in to the office and when I told the girl at the door that I no longer trust Stebex, she said that she UNDERSTANDS me. Staff also told me that everything is very weirdly done.

Rolf Steinborn promised me to have a talk about a compensation regarding my invoice (still don’t understand why I would have to pay for a job they never did on time and put us in an unbearable situation, literally ruining 2 peoples lives). The other day I received a “Mahnung” with threats about them taking legal actions if I don’t pay. The letter arrived on July 9 and the payment was due on July 8. This was the first Mahnung I received and it contained threats, is that even legal?

Whatever you do – look for another company if you want to keep your finances safe.

Steinborn ist nie zu erreichen und kümmert sich einen Dreck wenn es darum geht etwas rechtzeitig fertig zu machen. wir haben über 20.000 Euro Strafen bereits bekommen wegen zu später Meldungen. Selbst auf Zahllose Mails oder Anrufe wird kaum reagiert. Wir überlegen uns Strafanzeige zu stellen und bei der Steuerberaterkammer vorzusprechen, damit er eine Geschäftsuntersagung bekommt. Das würde viele eventuell das beste sein.
