Chaos and staff problems. Some documents went missing. Reaching anyone by phone took a few days. Staff mostly friendly, helpful and overworked - with one exception, one person were far from nice. The repair service seems to have been done well, with an exception of one part missing. However, the unnecessary waiting time of 2 months due to missing “auftrag” from insurance, which was indeed delivered (later on, employee sent it to me by email, so it must has been received) is a reason for a negative rating.
