I swear, these people are the biggest …. ever. They sold me a 2 year old car with numerous hidden defects. From the very beginning, I’ve been complaining about the problems as starting problems, water leakage both can not be traced despite the entire car being soaked and smelling terrible, and a faulty heating system, but they either don’t help or don’t even bother responding to my emails. They keep passing me from one person to another without solving anything.
If you buy a car from here, you’re asking for trouble. They sold me a damaged car and outright lied about it. Every professional dealer in the Netherlands I’ve consulted says the same thing: nothing about the car adds up. It has cost me so much money, and I’m still not done fixing the problems because they can’t find the exact reason even after multiple times reading the car’s diagnostics. I have to strip the whole car!
Avoid this place at all costs.

I want you car buyers to pay very good attention to the reviews on this car dealers page. I saw the signs but i was too ignorant, i went all the way from Stuttgart to Berlin to see for myself, now i have also falling a victim of their incompetence. During my meeting with one of the sellers i said "pay attention to your page reviews, that its not looking good" and the seller assured me it won't happen with my car. At first you get good welcome with coffee and all the exciting treatment but its all to put your pen on the paper after that moment you are nobody.. No one picks your calls.. But email response was ok.
I pay for a premium service and at the collection of my vehicle i saw like nothing was done to the car. The little paints on the bumpers were still there. Only you get TÜV and a plate number thats the payment of 1000+(won't put the exact amount to be neutral) . I paid for all weather tyres to be fixed on the car because its winter period. They got the money.. Two weeks, 3days waiting for collection no tyre was purchased, i got almost 2 hours delayed. someone should come explain to me what's happening.. Till a gentle man came speaking to me. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Promised to send the tyres within a week to my address..i had to risk driving with summer tyres back to my destination.. A week has gone there's no tyres at my house address. The car was not serviced, now i have to pay 900+ euro for servicing. The Car company for me is the real definition of incompetence. Forget the fancy coffee treatments you get.. Its all about getting you to sign the papers after that everything is miserable.i can't recommend anyone buying a car from them.
Update after three weeks i asked for a refund for the tyre i paid for, since they did not deliver it to me as promised. They agreed to pay me the money.. Its two weeks and no payment has been done.
Update. Today the 28.02.2024 i received my money for my tyres after a very long wait.
They tried taking down my reviews, i had to contact google and show them all evidences. Hopefully my reviews can help other car buyers in making a decision.

A car dealer that isn’t too pushy. You see the car, you like it, you buy it. Nothing more. The prices are fair at listing value. Mergim oversaw my transaction. He’s a good dude. I recommend asking for him.
