Cautionary Experience: My attempt to purchase a car (2020 Ford Explorer PHEV) from this dealership has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their integrity. The dealer assured me that the car was in good condition, except for some navigation issues. They also claimed that the previous owner returned the car solely due to these navigation problems. This information was consistent during our interactions and was also communicated to my car import company.
However, the situation took a disconcerting turn when I received the purchase contract. To my surprise, starting issues were added to the contract without any prior warning or disclosure. Feeling uneasy about the discrepancies, I decided to investigate further.
Upon contacting the previous owner, I was shocked to learn the truth. Contrary to what the dealership claimed, the reason for the car's return was not the navigation issues but rather the persistent and unresolved starting problems. The previous owner shared their unfortunate experience of having to deal with frequent starting issues, leading to their decision to hire a lawyer in order to facilitate the return of this expensive car.
I find it deeply concerning that this dealership continued to misrepresent the facts and attempted to portray the whole situation as a misunderstanding on their part. Transparency and honesty are fundamental when dealing with customers, and it is disheartening to experience such deceptive practices.
Be very carefull when buying 2020 Ford Explorer PHEV from this dealership!

I gave our transport to them to check and let us know what is the problem and what will be the cost for repairing
No body told me about the cost for check !!! and they were very kind on that time !!!!!
they have called me after 2 weeks and we had talked about the cost and as far as was too high we decided to pick up our own car to deliver to other KFZ
it was quiet interesting !!!!!! they said for check we ask you EUR 210 for only check !!!!!
Rather than stupid price, I told the lady in reception you never ever told me before at the day of getting about the cost , and now asking for money.
Guys, they cheat you, when you go there never say clear price but when you want to take your car then will show you invoice
I had never ever such this experiences in Germany although had many deal with VW, Benz, .....FORD KADEA is suck !!!!!!!
Never ever go there , even they are very rude and impolite specially secretary lady !!!!
