I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Every time I come here they help me fix my bike in the cheapest and best way and they do not judge me or try to upsell me on expensive things. Like other reviewers have said, they do not shame you for not knowing how to do stuff yourself or having a shitty old bike. They just help you with what you need and are so kind.
They have helped me with small repairs without a charge and the attitude and helpfulness of the staff here is just totally beyond anything I've ever experienced before. I wanted to install a back light which I brought to the store and they literally drilled me holes in a piece of metal to install the back light for me - it was exactly what I wanted to do but I didn't know where I would find the exact right fitting piece of metal. And any other time I've been here the experience has been just as amazing. I would never take my bike anywhere else than here and highly highly recommend this place. And no problem to speak in English!
