Call them if possible to install 3d-party ski and bindings - someone said yes.
Come in 3 days on the middle of working day without a sign of another visitors in the show.
- Could you install ... ?
- No, you bought it somewhere, we have no time on it (nobody in shop, the man was watching TV probably). Go anyway, I do not care about your call.
Absolutely not recommending that place - the example of "german polite service".

They have old colleagues who are rude and disturbing. Do not think about going there with your kids, they would be stressed from the first point they see the kids and warn the kids for small things. I could not bear to them more than a few minutes. Just had to tell them that their behaviour is not acceptable and left.

We had to return some ski boots we bought before and the store employees treated us like we were the enemy when they heard this. One of them told us she was impressed by the "stories people can invent" for returning products while rolling her eyes. They told us that we can only take something else from the store but they completely ignored us after that like we were being punished. We had to search through many many pairs of skis by ourselves even if it was clear some employees were free after they finished helping other customers. I have no idea why someone has to be treated like this when spending 500Eur

The team here are great and very patient - we were there with two kids who wanted to look at every jacket, ski and later snowboard they had!!! We came away with a great result where we bought sone stuff and rented other stuff to keep the cost under control. I highly recommend the shop - they have everything!!!
