Golf and Country Club Berlin-Wannsee e.V.

I'm an out of country visitor and was looking for the BEST golf option in Berlin. This course was rated high and came at a premium so I expected that would be the case. But when you get off the first tee and see nothing but spotty rough (mostly dirt) you quickly realize you were swindled. The fairways, tees, and greens were all fine. But the conditions were NOT 180€ considering the meh layout. If you have a car go to Bad Saarow, if you don't, play any of the other courses that are half the price. It's RIDICULOUS they charge this much for a mediocre layout and mediocre conditions. This is a $60 course at best. Embarrassing they charge this much.

Just an above average course of the same level of many (hundreds) other similar courses in Germany & Berlin with the only difference in crazy triple green fee (180 Euros per 18-hole round). With this fee, I would rather play 3 rounds at the Motzenersee, Anold Palmer, Nick Faldo, etc. or 2 rounds at the top courses such as Falkenstein, Budersand. Only play here for an experience or if you have too much money to spend, otherwise you would have thousand better choices for only half or even one third of the fee paid here. That’s not to mention the terrible greens we had to endure due to maintenance. (A decent course would give fee discount if the greens are under maintenance). Really feel sorry for the money wasted!
