I was pleased to find multiple saunas and one "Aufguss" every hour. It is very clean and has a nice terrace to get fresh air.
The sauna space is relatively small and could be very easily full. I was visiting it in autumn day and I wonder how full it could be in winter.

I asked for sauna and was given a ticket only to be told, the Sauna was full and my ticket was only for swimming. Was refused a refund.
The receptionist looks very sad and seems like she hates her job. Maybe she should not be in the service industry with such an appalling attitude

Reduced :3,60€ for 90 min
They had pretty decent changing rooms and the WC was clean.
3 separate pools, one for children with small slide other for adults and children with slide and the third for training with 3 lanes.
The water was not cold and I really enjoyed their facility.

Security very rude and unprofessional, taking advantage of people who try and enjoy their Sunday off. I was a regular here, and I will never show up here again, accusing us that we drank alkohol because our eyes were red. And did nothing wrong.
What an A-hole. That's what chlorine does to you.
This new security should be fired!!!

Staff is not very helpful
Price is high compared to other Berliner Swimmingpools
Cabinets work only with coins
Extra Parking fees
Some amenities are not working
