CLEAN!!! Like really!!!
I have to say I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to the cleanliness of places, especially gyms. But this one is perfect. You can really tell that the management is taking good care & is running it well. The changing rooms & showers especially-they’re ALWAYS clean.
Super friendly staff, people who train are nice & I never had uncomfortable feelings as a woman lifting weights there… all in all I really loved my time here.

Excellent experience during the first week! The staff is very friendly, and the gym is top-notch. I even received a follow-up call after the trial day to check how it went—great organization overall. This is exactly how customers should be treated. Well done!

I signed up at Fitness First Prenzlauer Berg less than a month ago, and I’m impressed! The variety of weights is great and perfect for strength training. I also love the sauna and steam bath. The gym is clean, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

Fitness First is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! The staff are incredibly warm and engaging, creating a welcoming environment that makes every visit enjoyable. I want to give a special shoutout to Joscha, who went above and beyond to help me set realistic and achievable fitness goals. His personalized plan not only motivated me but also gave me the confidence that I can get my fitness back on track. I attended the gym for 3 years and at the beginning I was really happy with it. The classes were motivating and fun, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. I thought I got a good value for the money (almost 70€/month). Unfortunately, after a while the things started to deteriorate. I realized the place is getting more crowded each day and the machines break frequently and stand unattended for weeks at a time. The dust on the floor and by the machines started growing thicker. The sauna (for women) was nice but the quiet room was usually full and rather loud. What prompted me to write this review, in the end, is that after cancelling my contract, there was still a small „subcontract” called BANP taking monthly money from my account. If I didn’t look in the app (which I was about to delete), I wouldn’t have found out for a while. This is a clever way to collect peoples money even after they leave your company. All I can say - shameful. I know this is not only the fault of this filliale but it’s the one I had the „pleasure” to use….
