I’m really disappointed with the booking system. I had scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement and arrived on time, only to be told there was no repair technician available. They gave me two options:
1. Leave my phone with them until at least tomorrow evening for the battery replacement.
2. Call again and come back another time.
Here’s what bothers me:
1. I booked the appointment through the app. If you can’t honor scheduled times, then remove the time slot feature and stick to phone bookings only.
2. Leaving my phone overnight just for a battery replacement? I wasn’t informed about this ahead of time, and it’s completely unreasonable.
3. Asking me to make another appointment by phone or just walk in, or even go to a different shop? That’s not how service should work.
In conclusion, if you’re an iPhone user, I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. It’s a waste of time. I booked an appointment, but in the end, there was no service and no repair technician. It’s ridiculous.

Absolutely poor and incompetent service. They have outright refused to take my warranty case even though Google have explicitly stated it is a warranty case and referred me to them. Wasted a month of my time because the service was stalling before outright refusing to do their job. Total debacle and a scam to make you pay for their services.
