IDO Events

We worked with the IDO team (Sharon, Denise, and Jana) for our 2024 wedding weekend in Berlin. We began our planning process in February 2023 and the outcome was simply incredible! A weekend that we joyfully reminisce about. Their attention to detail achieved an impressive wedding. Their meticulous work meant that we had the headspace to fully enjoy our wedding weekend and keep our nerves where they should be. We can only recommend their excellent, tasteful work. With IDO, you are in good hands.
From the beginning, the IDO team was very professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs and wants. They have a great deal of experience and a well-developed network of vendors to draw upon, which keeps things structured and focused. They additionally have a web-based tool that was helpful for organizing the various aspects of the wedding.
Throughout the process they were there for us and ready with ideas and optimism. While we primarily exchanged and met online, we had opportunities to get to know each other better during site visits and vendor meetings. They were ready to adapt to the level of involvement that we desired. We could share ideas and inspiration to inform the conceptualization of the event. They offered measured advice and honest insight. They don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach and instead offer their rich experience without prescription. They were responsive, caring, and solution-oriented when we encountered an issue with one of our vendors, ultimately helping us switch and secure another option we had previously received.
The IDO team is incredibly supportive, professional, responsive, and kind. Their taste level, experience, and network make them well-positioned to deliver a wedding that was truly unique and representative of us. We (and our guests) feel that the event we created with IDO will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can only recommend and share our immense appreciation and gratitude for their work!

Greetings! It is our pleasure to write this feedback for the IDO Events team.
First of all, what is worth to be noted is professionalism, reliability and flexibility. And also thank you for helping us to make out of almost impossible the best day during this difficult time.
We moved to Berlin not long ago, and we didn't know anyone who could recommend a wedding planner. So the main criterion for choosing was the website and examples of events in social networks. Among the many profiles of wedding planners, IDO's profile is noticeably different. It attracted our attention first of all by its concept, clarity, and at the same time it was the most modern website, and the info was given precise. From the first call we found an understanding and started organizing our day X.
All communication was completely online, which was super convenient. We almost never had to make difficult choices, because IDO always sent a selection of vendors that fully met our desires. IDO selects vendors just perfectly. All advice and recommendations from IDO have always been constructive. And what is very important, they strictly kept the budget, but at the same time were very flexible to requests from our side to balance the budget between different costs.
Overall, in just 4 months, we managed together with IDO to make the best day of our lives.

Constant communication, updates and help for all eventualities, this incredible planner has planning a wedding down to a fine art and someone you can trust wholeheartedly to not only plan your special day but also find the best people for the jobs to make your wedding the best it could ever be.
I’ve never seen a planner work so hard for a couple and willingly give everything in order for each couple to have a flawless and perfect wedding.

I was really happy with IDOs help planning my wedding. They were easy to work with and contact throughout the process, and all the vendors they suggested turned out to be excellent on the day (the location too of course). Sharon and her colleagues were a great help on the day too, sorting out some unexpected issues which would have been really difficult to do alone.
