Furiosa has been a client of Amicanis for over a year, and we couldn't be happier with their service. We regularly leave her there during our vacations, sometimes for up to three weeks. I am confused about the services provided by Amicanis. Yesterday was my dog’s Test Day. When I went to pick him up, I was told that couldn’t be an Amicanis Guest because he barks... well, he is a dog. So I am wondering if all the dogs in the hotel keep quiet all the time. If you have trained staff, don't they know how to friendly control some exciting vocalizations?
He also came back quiet and scared.
It was my first contact with dog services here in Berlin, and now I am very preoccupied about the other one's. My family and I have already lived in 3 different countries, and in all of them we were able to live our furry baby in pet hotels and daycares. I am unfortunate and disappointed.

Excellent attention! It would be better if they posted more pictures of the dogs, for example, in the rooms or eating. But I think they give good care of the dogs and their hotel looks pretty good.
