The staff who work here are super friendly and knowledgeable!
I wanted to buy rings here but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time in Berlin. I ordered them after looking at their online inventory and making an online appointment, taking a look in person via the video call. The staff was very patient and nice explaining about her pick-up procedure.
My train arrived late and one store staff helped me with the payment and pick-up even after the closure time - I’m super thankful for this level of service and accommodations!
