Customer Reviews

This Apple Store is in a prime location with a sleek design, but the in-store experience didn’t meet my expectations. For a flagship store, I expected something beyond what you would find in a typical electronics store. Unfortunately, it feels very similar, there’s not much that sets it apart in terms of product exposure.
Many items aren’t available for hands-on testing, which is really disappointing. For such a large space, you’d think they would showcase more of Apple’s product range in a way that really highlights the brand’s innovation, but it feels lacking. If you’re just looking to browse Apple products, you’re not getting much more than you would at other retailers.
It’s a decent store for quick purchases or tech support, but I left feeling underwhelmed by the overall quality and selection of products on display.

The Apple Store is a decent place to shop, but not all employees seem to know what to do in every situation. For example, we only recently found out about the special app you can use to book appointments electronically. Before that, we had to physically go to the store first, and then schedule an appointment for another visit, which was quite inconvenient.
If you have a product under one year old, your chances of getting it replaced are higher, especially if you have solid proof of the issue. Having additional warranty coverage is also a big plus—it makes the process smoother. However, if you do encounter a problem, I recommend collecting evidence and being persistent.
For instance, I had an issue with my AirPods where both the earbuds and the case had problems. Initially, only the earbuds were replaced, but I kept reporting the issue with the case at subsequent appointments. It wasn’t until my last visit that they finally replaced the case as well.
It’s clear that Apple tries to minimize replacements, which is understandable as they aim to prevent misuse of their warranty policy. However, if you have a genuine issue, stay consistent, provide proof, and be prepared for the process to take some time.

As always, the place is full of young experts helping you to pick the right product for you.
I was looking for hidrate spark pro smart bottle and the guy assisted me and all went under 2 minutes.
You would see many people experiencing phones , ipads and beats headphones. It is a great place if you would like to taste the falcor of apple new products.

I had an appointment at 17 and arrived exactly 2 minutes earlier. One of the assistants checked me in and told me to wait at one of the many desks. I waited for half an hour and it turned out that they "were not able to find me at 17:06". I literally didn't move and the assistant that checked me in was at the desk next to mine the whole time. I don't understand why she couldn't just communicate I was still waiting.
This was extremely disappointing, but I guess I was just unlucky. At the end of the day, I got an assistant and he was actually very helpful; it stayed with me about an hour. He's the only reason I am giving three stars Instead of one and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have even bought anything so much I was annoyed by the waiting.
Anyway, big Place, curious design. It was my first time in an Apple store as a customer.
Unless you have an appointment, it's not clear how to make a purchase since there is no cash desk. All the confusion I think was also generated by the general dysfunctional design: there is no reference point and all the assistants talk to each other saying "go to *that* desk" while indicating a table 50 m far away, with dozens of people roaming around. No shit that they couldn't find me.
