It started very well, and we thought that Avomind might be the company that could help us find the 3 new employees we needed.
After a few weeks, when they had presented a person to us who was unsure about changing jobs and demanded a much higher salary than we could afford, Avomind started chasing us and the person they had presented. They began badmouthing our company to that person. They accused us of playing some game and hiring this person outside of their involvement.
After distancing ourselves from Avomind because they badmouthed us and chased several of my employees, they have now also demanded €14,000 from us for their wasted time and sent a lawyer, threatening to take us to a German court.
So, they delivered no employee, badmouthed us, and now they send a super high invoice and threaten us.
I recommend everyone out there to avoid this company.

HR was unprofessional. I was approached in Linkedin and we scheduled a call which was cancelled twice with little to no prior information before hand. First call was cancelled 10 minutes before, the next one left me hanging for half an hour with no info until I personally messaged the HR only to find out he was busy. And I was left waiting on my final third call. Wasted so many hours of my time in multiple days having to plan for this meeting.
