Customer Reviews

This is a small office at the very entrance from north end at the right corner.
Good service by the employee being the counter.
Being world class city, many tourists from all Europe well come by train.
So many leaflets are placed in the room giving the importance of the each place. Most are advertisement like.
The one very useful for tourists is the Welcome card which gives access so more of transport in the Berlin regions as per the selection. The prices compared to the services are very reasonable.
Please do not enquire about the DB services which is not their part, this you can have it opposite to this office.

As an employee of a tourism information centre in
Australia , I was appalled by the rudeness of the gentleman behind the counter
After being helped by the ticket people just across from the office, they suggested the “friendly “ people at the information centre could help me out of my predicament
This was not the case
In fact it was a rude and obnoxious attitude that I was greeted with , and pretty much just got told to Go Away
So my lasting impression of Berlin is definitely not favourable
Some advice
Lift your game and try being nice to people

Berlin is a wonderful place to be. I visited as a group and we only got the city ticket which entails the busses, trams and Bahns. With these, we visited almost everywhere. We hopped on the bus buses with double decks and moved around the big city.
This is one way to save money as well.
Ensure to plan all the places to visit. Berliners are friendly and open also.
