Really nice mall. Great for Japanese items. There is also a possibility to charge your phones with different cables already provided. As well, there is a window through which you can look into the zoo. It's a little bit expensive, but great to stroll through.

A nice and fancy place with some never before heard of brands. You can also see the zoo through the mall. The bars on the top are good.

Nice shops and very good food! Many of the stores were really pricey but they had a lot of interesting things to look at. Nice view over the zoo as well.
Minus two stars though because there was a terribly rude guard there who yelled at us and made us really scared when we said we did not have any coins to pay for using the bathroom (we had just arrived to Berlin and didn’t have any change yet). He even started following us around the mall which made us very uncomfortable. Kinda ruined the experience 🙁

A decent mall in the center of the city with beautiful and clean inner environment which is very comfortable to walk around and kill some times here. Above all, they have a wonderful mini zoo outside with see through big glass which enables you to watch the animals while staying inside the mall. An ideal place to bring your whole family esp with small kids here.
