Bought cat grass, sunflower, and Rosemarin today there I was super happy with their nice quality with reasonable price and friendly n supportive services!!
Not only they have plants but also a few small decorations for gardening:)
English is not in general working there if asking questions, but with a bit German they'll super nice and willing to help!!

1. the personnel is arrogant and unfriendly. 2. they have signs promising that their flowers will hold a week, but this isn't accurate, to say the least. and when you come back and complain (even as a regular customer) they demand that you bring ALL of the old flowers back as proof (!!!). will never shop there again.

I don’t speak german and they ignore me… even I try to communicate they didn’t make any effort. I guess it is better to buy online..
The shop looks very nice but I will not try to go again…they were very rude.

The girls are so nice and helpful! I spent an hour asking questions in English and they always were there to answer. Really nice place for beginner gardeners but a bit too pricey sometimes.
