Love this place. I came in a couple of days before Valentine's day and asked for a very specific style of bouquet. It turned out amazing! The staff is lovely and I can't recommend this place enough 🙂

We went to this store many times in the last 4 years and the service is always unfriendly. You feel like you are bothering them, especially if you ask them to make a bouquet for you. We went again last Friday and had a super unfriendly experience again…they should really start being nice. We won’t go there anymore.

I only give it one star because of the nice, kind and smiling young man at the entrance, who was super helpful. But I was tempted to give no stars. There is hardly any variety of plants and vases. But the worst is the attitude: starting from who I think is the owner, who didn’t reply or raise his head when I said “Guten Tag” in my basic German. But the worst is the woman in the front desk, she is terribly rude and makes angry faces and noises all the time. I think it all started when she realized I didn’t speak fluent German. Her attitude it’s she is doing you a big favor by helping you choose a plant or even speaking to you. I didn’t feel welcome and won’t come back ever again. I ended up buying a few plants and flowers because of the support of the nice young man I mentioned and because this shop it’s 5 mins away from my house, so it’s convenient for carrying. But honestly I could have invested my 32 EUR somewhere else where I got more variety and more support to ask questions and buy what I want. Be prepared for some really nasty treatment if you go here and don’t speak German.

I live in the US and my good friend in Berlin was recovering from surgery, and so I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers. Dirk at Blumen Weyer was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The flowers were delivered quickly to my friend who was delighted at their beauty! I'm very grateful for the service and would highly recommend this shop over any online corporate florist service - it's better, more reliable, local, and hey - you get to interact with a real human, isn't that what flowers help do?
