it was a really nice shopping experience! salesperson was really nice and helpful, i bought exactly what i saw and wanted from the website.
unfortunately, some of positions are not available on the offline store, but shop assistant offered me to order it right in the store.
in general, a lovely experience!

They are very helpful and understanding, as we were visiting with the kids and shopping bags, causing a lot of traffic in the shop, asking for numbers of different shoes. They were always kind and patient, despite their busy day they were quick in bringing another pair of shoes each time. Additionally, they speak English without hesitating, which is a big advantage and the service they provide is far beyond what any other store in Berlin can, especially considering that in most of the places it is self-serve, and you get rolled eyes when you admit that you are not fluent with German and ask for help in English. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering a visit, we frequently visit the store whenever in Kudamm-and they are always positive and helpful even if we do not purchase anything.
