If you buy a car from here, you’re asking for trouble. They sold me a damaged car and outright lied about it. Every professional dealer in the Netherlands I’ve consulted says the same thing: nothing about the car adds up. It has cost me so much money, and I’m still not done fixing the problems because they can’t find the exact reason even after multiple times reading the car’s diagnostics. I have to strip the whole car!

I pay for a premium service and at the collection of my vehicle i saw like nothing was done to the car. The little paints on the bumpers were still there. Only you get TÜV and a plate number thats the payment of 1000+(won’t put the exact amount to be neutral) . I paid for all weather tyres to be fixed on the car because its winter period. They got the money.. Two weeks, 3days waiting for collection no tyre was purchased, i got almost 2 hours delayed. someone should come explain to me what’s happening.. Till a gentle man came speaking to me. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Promised to send the tyres within a week to my address..i had to risk driving with summer tyres back to my destination.. A week has gone there’s no tyres at my house address. The car was not serviced, now i have to pay 900+ euro for servicing. The Car company for me is the real definition of incompetence. Forget the fancy coffee treatments you get.. Its all about getting you to sign the papers after that everything is miserable.i can’t recommend anyone buying a car from them.
Update after three weeks i asked for a refund for the tyre i paid for, since they did not deliver it to me as promised. They agreed to pay me the money.. Its two weeks and no payment has been done.
Update. Today the 28.02.2024 i received my money for my tyres after a very long wait.
They tried taking down my reviews, i had to contact google and show them all evidences. Hopefully my reviews can help other car buyers in making a decision.

Having dealt with various car dealerships around Germany I can only say that the vehicle buying process was probably the best in my experience. Every wish of the buyer was accomplished: quick arrangement of the test-drive, inspection on the car lift, correction of little defects…(normal for a used car)

However, the situation took a disconcerting turn when I received the purchase contract. To my surprise, starting issues were added to the contract without any prior warning or disclosure. Feeling uneasy about the discrepancies, I decided to investigate further.
Upon contacting the previous owner, I was shocked to learn the truth. Contrary to what the dealership claimed, the reason for the car’s return was not the navigation issues but rather the persistent and unresolved starting problems. The previous owner shared their unfortunate experience of having to deal with frequent starting issues, leading to their decision to hire a lawyer in order to facilitate the return of this expensive car.
I find it deeply concerning that this dealership continued to misrepresent the facts and attempted to portray the whole situation as a misunderstanding on their part. Transparency and honesty are fundamental when dealing with customers, and it is disheartening to experience such deceptive practices.
Be very carefull when buying 2020 Ford Explorer PHEV from this dealership!
