I had received guidance from Cartier Customer Service to book an appointment for the collection, but I was informed that it was not currently possible to schedule appointments at this boutique.
Lacking a reserved time slot, I opted to visit at a time that was convenient for me. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait long upon arrival around 5 PM. Unfortunately, this brief moment of convenience was the only positive aspect of the entire experience. Upon entering the boutique, my friend and I were seated in the waiting area, and an associate promptly collected my ID to retrieve my order. I was genuinely excited about what I envisioned would be my first memorable Cartier experience.
However, after waiting for approximately 20 minutes, my enthusiasm quickly diminished. An assistant brought the watch directly to the waiting area, where other clients were seated, offering no privacy or sense of occasion.
The interaction lacked the thoughtful care and attention I had expected from such a prestigious brand. To add to the disappointment, no effort was made to enhance the experience—we weren’t even offered something as basic as a glass of water.
This was particularly disheartening because I had hoped to view additional items to complement the watch I had secured online. Unfortunately, the lack of attention made it clear that this was not a priority for the staff.
Adding to the frustration, I discovered after returning home that the order was incomplete—it was missing the velvet travel pouch and cleaning set that typically accompany such purchases.
Throughout my time in the boutique, I felt like an unwelcome guest, as though the staff were indifferent to my presence. This experience fell far below the standard I anticipated from a brand with Cartier’s storied reputation. It’s upsetting to know that similar feedback has been shared by others, indicating a recurring issue.
I sincerely hope the team reflects on these shortcomings and takes meaningful steps to improve the customer experience. I intend to reach out to Cartier Customer Service directly to ensure they are aware of this situation.
She made the experience really great by serving us wholeheartedly, and we had such a great time during her service.
She made us feel so comfortable and her excellence knowledge about the product made the selection process much easier. Despite the items were out of stock, we walked away happily because of the service she gave.

Regina was so lovely and nice, and listened to what we wanted, but also suggested the chance to explore other options; and i am so glad we listened to her, because we ended up getting something we fell in love with immediately and never had crossed my mind before. She explained in detail the story behind the piece, and really made us feel engaged with the product and what it represents.
We kept in contact via whatsapp, and she kept offering top-tier customer service, when I had to go back to get a bigger size for my ring after two days. Overall, couldn't recommend enough the store and especially, Regina's attention.
