The build quality is excellent and all customization requests were addressed. All original packaging materials were also included as requested. Based on the excellent build quality and top-notch components, I would definitely buy a new PC from Caseking again.

Excellent Service for Irish Buyers
As an Irish customer, I used to rely on Overclockers for my PC hardware needs. However, Brexit-related VAT and import fees made it impractical. That’s when I discovered Caseking, a parent company of Overclockers, and it’s been a fantastic experience ever since.
Orders from Caseking are consistently well-packaged, with no damage to boxes and reliable delivery—something I’ve struggled to find with Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de lately. Great until something goes wrong, then good luck getting a refund or replacement for any part. Their policy on returns is effectively meaningless and they will tell you whatever type of fault or damage it is isn't covered, tell you clearly broken parts are working in their test rigs etc.
Edit: The CPU got damaged in transit back to you and the GPU didn't work in any of the 4 machines I tested it in once you returned it. You sold me a faulty GPU and used every excuse under the sun not to issue a refund. I was a customer of yours for years but won't be making that mistake again. Absolute sham of a company.
