I wanted to return article and store closing time was till 18:00. I was denied entrance at 17:00 and even after contacting hotline support, I was suggested to return it using online portal.
I called in store to understand her reasoning but she cut my call. I already have bought multiple times to this stores but this is not how you handle a customer.

Watch battery. Christ wants 10 euros. If you walk a hundred metres they are only 1 euro. And you also get 'service with a smile' at Media Center.

The staffs are really unprofessional. They are really rude, I experienced it twice. I am never going back to Gesundbrunnen christ branch again. They dont make any suggestions, when you ask them a question about the product we bought earlier. They are not helpful.
