I been going to Marias Balletclasses for a few months now and enjoy the classes and progress I made! Its a mixed class with beginners mainly and few advanced students. With the different levels, she gives options during class to meet the students needs, yet mainly focused on where instructions and clarification is needed to build a foundation. Details come with time and it focuses on moving the body first. She also teaches repertoire towards the end of the class which Ive never seen in a beginners class, and it's really unique to get to learn it early. I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere in classes for enjoyment of dance, but you can also choose to focus on working towards a specific goal. Maria has her students best interest at heart and when you come regularly she keeps your development in mind when teaching. Its not a stiff or strict class, but the things we are doing are really effective and enjoyable. Would recommend for dancers of any level.

Tried aerial yoga there, great place and teacher. Not super new equipment and no cleaning of yoga mats like in some other studios. But I definitely recommend because it’s also cheaper and included in urban sports!

For me, the music in the Afrohouse class was extremely loud! Was very uncomfortable to dance and focus this way and I couldn’t barely hear the teacher. Teachers are amazing though, I want to recommend the school but also to give a heads up about the music quality and volume.

Aerial Yoga was really bad, the class was mainly stretching and not much aerial yoga poses..the teacher did not even ask for the level of each student and as a person that is still quite scared of being inverted I did not feel like she helped at all. I did not feel safe in the class and will never come back for aerial.
