Worst experience with a doctor in all Europe, I booked an appointment in May for August, I imagined that it was full so accepted it. I got a call the same day of the appointment saying that the doctor was sick and it had to be canceled and to call back next week (I could imagine to book in a two weeks window since I have been waiting since May). Called back today 3 times, all calls were rejected, sent an email, got a reply saying they are full and first available date is in November. Is that what we should consider professional? not even in Italy I had to wait 3 months more after waiting 3 months already.

Same as other patients... I have been waiting 3 months for this appointment and I got the appointment cancelled 3 hours before. No possibility to rebook on the phone. I have waited 3 months for nothing. I'd better go somewhere else.
