Training: In the beginning, Alex helped us with the training, doing weekly sessions, which resulted in a well-behaved dog. After the initial training, we met for training for small corrections: fear of the car, walking without a lead and we even did agility training!
Dog walking: From the beginning, Alex and the Cookie Team took Ava for walks twice per week. She loved every walk and because of it she was properly socialized and learned how to behave around other dogs.
Dog boarding: Alex and the Cookie Team accommodated us every time we needed to leave Berlin and couldn’t take Ava with us. She loved so much to stay with them, that every time she sees that we are preparing her bag, she becomes really excited.
Overall, thanks to Alex and the Team (especially Ava’s favorite human, Micha), our dog is calm, well-behaved, not fearful and really happy.
The communication is always clear and reliable, and it’s wonderful to see our dog come back from her walks happy and fulfilled.

Wir wurden vorab von vielen Seiten gewarnt, viele Welpengruppen sind nur spielen, kann man vergessen.
Das im Hinterkopf behaltend sind wir in den Kurs, damit rechnend, uns gefühlt durch sämtliche Hundeschulen in Berlin durchwühlen zu müssen.
Mein Mann und ich wurden aber positiv überrascht. Mareike ist absolut klasse!!
Sie fragt am Anfang danach, wo der Schuh drückt sozusagen, was einem akut mit dem Welpen beschäftigt und geht hervorragend darauf ein. Sie zeigt Beispiele, wie man damit umgehen kann, sei es in Übungen die alle machen oder an einem Hund speziell. Spielen ist natürlich auch dabei, es sind ja immerhin noch Welpen. Aber auch da hat sie immer ein wachsames Auge und geht auf das Verhalten der Welpen ein. Uns hat der Kurs sehr viel gebracht!

Every week on saturday (Kimbi’s school day) Kimbi gets exited, she is very happy when she go to school and saw her trainer Liz.
Learning: Kimbi went there for the pre-schooler course. She learned the basic commands (as per the syllabus of the course) despite being an anxious and uncertain pup.
Trainers: Liz and other trainers are always go beyond to help the pups and us. They are patient and sympathetic not only towards the pups but also towards the owners. We always received great tips from Liz on how to motivate and help Kimbi out. When we asked for any suggestions or help, never returned empty handed.
Language: Language is not a problem, because when we don’t understand anything Liz said in German (as we are not native speakers) – she always translated it in English.
Are we going back: For sure!! We will be starting an individual trainingwith Liz from November to help Kimbi with her uncertainty.
Recommendation: 100%. Yes..I do recommend it.
To sum it up, I can say – this is an awesome school in every perspective. We will be continuing Kimbi’s training until she graduates :).
Fazit: Super Hundeschule und Ausbildung! Diese Erfahrung sollte man nicht verpassen wenn man selbst ein sehr guter Hundetrainer werden möchte, wärmstens zu empfehlen.
Das einzige Manko – und der Grund, warum wir nicht schon zur Vorschule da waren: Online stand, dass Welpen ab 10 Wochen kommen können und vor Ort hatte man uns gesagt, dass Hunde erst vollgeimpft, also ab Woche 12, teilnehmen können. Da das aber nichts an der Qualität des Trainings ändert, trotzdem volle Sterne 🙂

Eine total ruhige Art die einem selber auch ruhiger werden lässt , ganz wichtig finde ich. Erklärt bis ins Detail und zeigt diese Aufgabe auch so das Hund & Halter diese umsetzen können. Er geht individuell auf den einzelnen Hund ein nach seinen Bedürfnissen. Aber auch der Halter ist wichtig und da wurde ich gut aufgefangen. Ich werde diese Aufgaben umsetzen und dann gerne nochmal berichten.
