While the setup is impressive, some areas can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which might slightly diminish the experience. However, the thrill of the activities easily outweighs this drawback. Overall, Laserstar® Berlin is a must-visit for anyone looking for adrenaline and fun in a lively environment.
Only negative part was it was a bit too crowded. Around 60 people in a small arena. Literally every 1 metre there is a player. Making it almost impossible to take a breather.

p.s. The owner just answered lying and saying they did not hear us ring the door. We have ringed the bell, and called eight times between 19:38 and 20:07 (screenshots attached). We heard the phone ringing inside yet no one was inside.

1. Location and games – pretty well decorations, activities and scary moments if you play horror games.
2. Staff, I would say that could do better, the sound from speaker is really bad. We couldn’t understand directions and wasted almost 20-30 minutes in one room.
3. Staff always announced how much time left and it made us hurry and we stuck with the new task again, where lost the rest of the time.
4. We passed around 40-50% of the location and the rest of the location was shown by the employee.

Of course, we couldn’t beat the room that was frustrating and sad, moreover, we couldn’t do it, due to the poor sound equipment and unclear directions, even when we almost spent our entire time in a single room. In my experience the staff gives pretty clear instructions when you stuck for quite a long time in one room, so you can continue, sometimes even direct instructions so you feel stupid, but still enjoy the room and can go through it.
6. Final experience was sad, frustrating, even though we enjoyed being there. Yes, it was a hard game, we passed a hard game before, but this one was extremely hard, since we didn’t get any help due to sound interruptions and bad sound overall.
7. I can say that you can still come to this room and have fun if you don’t need any help from staff, otherwise, I would not go here and try hard games. Try something easy and have fun.

I came here on a Thursday evening to play with my brother and mom, and we basically had the whole place to ourselves as no one was there. I like the atmosphere and it’s always fun to lose against your younger brother… he had great fun though!
I do recommend it if you’re looking for something to do with a small group of people (minimum 2/3) as there are 18 holes, so if you’re alone you might finish super fast. Also it’s not something you might want to do more than once a year, as it would feel a bit repetitive and less exciting (but I guess it also depends on the company ).
They also offer some cold beverages.
I had to remove one star due to the location; Görlitzer park is not the safest, we witnessed an arrest that day (my mom was not impressed…).
If come as group then you will have fun and that’s all what matters.
