I had a good experience with the agency overall. I took their service for obtaining permanent residency in Germany. The appointment took more than 6 months but I think its the usual norm. The entire team is quite professional and clarified all my questions & doubts swiftly during the entire process. They helped in preparing the documents and they have filed for my permanent residency on time. Before the appointment, they guided on the important documents and sent a colleague to support me during the appointment. Although he was there was an interpreter, I was able to present myself and take the interview in German to obtain the permanent residency. Having them support throughout the interview made me comfortable and confident especially at the time of my pregnancy. I'm glad to have taken their service and recommend for any expat to take their help to have a hassle free process. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and wont hesitate to use their service again for any another process in Germany.
