Wonderful and friendly team, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On my way home, I noticed that my new glasses were damaged, with what looked like an attempt to cover it up with a marker. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail.
To add to this, they refused to offer the annual insurance because I purchased the glasses at a discount, saying insurance only applies to full-price purchases. I’m surprised and disappointed by the lack of transparency and quality control in selling a defective product and limiting insurance options this way.

Great experience!. I needed some assistance repairing my glasses (which I had bought more than a year before), as soon as I came into the store one of the employees approached me (Jonas) and asked me how he could help, he was able to speak great english for my benefit, as I do not speak german.
Very quickly he found the information and insurance from my previous purchase and he replaced my glasses with a brand new frame for a very small charge. He also took great care in making sure the new frame also fit me fine and was not too tight.
Jonas was extremely helpful, friendly and just had overall 200% quality service, and all this he did within 15 minutes or so.
I really did not expect my problem would be fixed so quickly, so easily and with such great service.
I would recommend the store and for a smooth experience, be sure to ask for Jonas.

I had one of the best experience with T. Yozgat (not sure if its spelled correctly), the service was perfect! He took the time to do my eye test and explain me everything. He was very patient and honest.I had done eye test in other places but this one was the most complete.
The machines are modern and the place is clean. Highly recommend

I visited them in order to test and receive a letter for driving license documents. There are very kind staffs working there. Also they answered to all my questions around getting a new glasses.
It is worth mentioning that eye check for driving license can be done for free in this place.
