I absolutely recommend the First Citiz real estate agency for the following reasons: I don't speak German and their agents speak several languages ​​perfectly; I was received at the agency without having to ask for an appointment in advance; I was immediately joined by Mrs. Tatjana Bogucz who accompanied me on the visit to the properties. I wasn’t very happy with the work of Citiz. It was slow, communication was sparse and listing content did not impress. The photos were not bad but listing text was poor and making changes very difficult due to their technical setup. It seems others had better experiences, but I felt I needed to hire another agent.
