Amazing place. Staff speak English, very polite and helpful. They helped me to build a big bouquet and find a vase for it. Also gave me some sort of powder to mix into the water with flowers that should give the flowers more time to stay fresh. Staff know their business, they know a lot about flowers and care of them, as well as they are absolutely great in composition.
On the photo below it’s a bouquet they gathered for me (for my significant other to be precise, and she was thrilled).

This is a flower shop with a good but overpriced collection. The customer service is extremely unfriendly. The owners of the shop remind me of perpetually uptight butlers (who serve the upper class but are not of the upper class themselves). I uploaded an image of a 60 euro loveless Weihnachtskränz from 2018 (which shows how out of touch with reality the owners are). It has a radius of 19 centimetres and four torn ribbons with usual candles. I did not buy it because it felt silly to do so, but instead went to the flower lady across the street to create my own Weihnachtskränz. To see it, please scroll through my reviews.

Amazing staff, always tries to help. Especially empathetic to people who don't speak German at all or well. English friendly. The staff are all very skilled and knowledgeable.
The flowers are fresh, not crazy expensive and last a while. There is a large selection of flowers and plants available. They have pre-arranged bundles and also make arrangements on demand with or without your input as you like it.
You can also get small boutique gifts as well. Like hand crafted wood items and soaps.

They have beautiful arrangements and we always bought our flowers here. Today I called to ask about opening hours and as I was about to ask if they had a particular item, the woman on the phone told me the store was full and she didn’t have time for my (30 second) call. ** I suggest that you do not pick up the phone then ** We won’t be back anytime soon. Too bad. 3 stars for the flowers themselves.
