Please do not go to Dr. Margrit Simon’s office. The most unprofessional, discriminatory, and incompetent service I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there as I am sincerely begging you based on my first-hand experience. Read the hundreds of reviews and it will speak for itself. I never write Google reviews and I should have read these reviews before coming, but I am making an exception this time to help save people from a terrible experience they will go through if they visit this doctor’s practice

I’ve always felt a certain level of annoyance and hostility from the front desk staff at this practice, i was regularly seeing Dr Simon and would always be on time but would need to wait for long times only to be seen for a very few minutes. Wonder where all the waiting time comes from if I’m being seen only for a few minutes. Anyway, I was unfortunately late 27 minutes (which according to the receptionist is 30 minutes) for my appointment for the first time, my bad, we’re humans and it’s possible. I’m late that’s ok you can ask me to book an appointment again in a polite manner showing a bit of understanding and care? I felt it to be rather quite the opposite, enough to change my mind from visiting this practice again. Good riddance, bye.

Dr. Simon was very kind and patient and listened to the problems (and spoke english and italian). An allergy prick test was done right away in the praxis without needing to come back. Also the secretaries were quite nice and did not mind that I forgot my prescription at home. Definitely recommended!

When a patient with a problem visits a specialist I usually assume there is a medical deontology expecting the doctor to make the best effort to find the reason for that problem (diagnose) and give a solution (treatment).
In this case after waiting aprox. 1h to be assisted, you will be dismissed after 4 min of quick check without the minimum effort to research for the reason of the problem. The answer of "I don't know" is not acceptable for a doctor who is supposed to be one of the most trained professionals. You have colleagues, ask them. You have a computer, search.
I can only imagine those 4 min of assistance to be motivated by economic reasons. And yes, we all know dermatologists are really struggling economically in this country...

I read the reviews, I cane with a high recommendation from a friend and a contrary opinion from another friend. Because I could quickly get the appointment, I made my choice. I made a mistake that I deeply regret. Nothing but trouble, unprofessional, negligent and honestly traumatizing experience. I know the situation is hard to find a dermatologist but do not go to this place. I have lingering pain from a procedure. My stitches were not properly removed resulting in pain more than a year later. Im told this might be nerve damage. I’m still trying to recover from the horror that was my every experience with this practice under the supervision of Dr. Simon. It pains me to share this publicly but my experience is not unique, seems there are many horror stories from patients. Do not go here. More harm than good. I wish I paid attention to the reviews but I was tired of trying to find a doctor. I made a choice: Regretful decision and my health is still affected. I’m left with a scar, pain and suffering 18 months later.
