This place is bright, clean, sorted and fresh thanks to air conditioning.
The staff is friendly and open to answer any question. Unfortunately they don't have toilets for visitors.
I had the feeling that they have a huge diversity in animal food and in leashes for cats and dogs.
You should call at open hours to make sure your desired article is available. Sometimes the online shop shows availability but actually it's not.

We got puppy a week ago and then a second one. They were able to help us. English speaking staff, nice people, helpful. Will definitely back

Turned away at door because only one cashier booth was open, and they'd rather station several people at the door refusing entry instead of opening a 2nd or 3rd cashier to serve the customers. Welcome to Germany, nothing is open tomorrow. I hope my elderly dog will survive. Thanks Fressnapf. Top notch customer service.

Great if you want to just feed your dog or cat, but horrible if you want good quality cat treats, toys, or any kind of care supplies like brushes and clippers and such. Also was very messy, with unpacked palettes of products taking up multiple walkways.
